Return Policy
All chocolate sales are final.
If a shipment arrives damaged from rough handling, contact the shipper immediately;
note the damage on the shipper’s receipt, save the container, and file a complaint.
If the chocolate arrives melted, please contact
800-898-3009 X100 to arrange for a replacement.
If the shipment arrives as scheduled, we guarantee the quality and condition of our chocolate.
